Account Registration

  • Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
  • You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. Any false or misleading information may result in the immediate suspension of your account.
  • Account name mbi 888 must match the name of the payment method owner (Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, FPX, etc.) used for deposits and withdrawals.
  • You are solely responsible for the security of your account password. mbi 888 is not liable for any losses resulting from passwords that are shared or not kept secure.

  • The payment method used for deposits must be registered in the member's name. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.

  • Deposits that cannot be identified within 24 hours must be reported to customer support along with proof of transaction.

Withdrawal

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 for all payment methods.
  • Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
  • For standard members, withdrawal processing times range from 15 minutes to 24 hours. VIP Gold members and above enjoy express processing within 5 minutes.
  • All withdrawal requests are subject to security and compliance checks. mbi 888 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving withdrawals above a certain amount.
  • Any deposit that has not met the rollover requirements of an associated bonus is not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fulfilled.
  • mbi 888 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold while a fraud investigation or review of suspicious activity is in progress.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bet types on mbi 888, covering sports (Malaysia Super League football, EPL, BWF badminton), e-sports, Live Casino, slots, and all other available products.

  • All confirmed bets are final and may not be cancelled by members, except under specific circumstances provided for in the relevant sports rules.
  • mbi 888 reserves the right to void or amend bets placed at obviously incorrect odds resulting from technical or human error.
  • Bets placed after a match or event has started (except approved live bets) are invalid and will be voided.
  • Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by sport type, market, and member VIP tier. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Any form of arbitrage, use of automated software (bots), or exploitation of system errors to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
  • For matches postponed by more than 48 hours or abandoned early, mbi 888 reserves the right to void bets and refund stakes.
Live Betting (In-Play): Live betting odds change in real time. Bets accepted during system disruptions may be voided. The on-field referee's decision is final for all sports markets.

Bonus & Promotions

  • All bonuses and promotions at mbi 888 subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer.
  • Rollover requirements must be met before bonus funds or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The standard rollover requirement is 1x to 5x depending on the bonus type.
  • Each member is entitled to claim each type of bonus once only, unless stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts constitutes fraud.
  • VIP cashback bonuses are calculated based on net losses within the specified period and credited automatically. Cashback rates are 5% (Silver), 8% (Gold), 12% (Platinum), and 15% (Diamond).
  • mbi 888 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus or bonus winnings if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of bonus terms.
  • All bonuses have an expiry date. Unused bonuses or unfulfilled rollover requirements within the specified period will be automatically forfeited.

Member Conduct & Responsibilities

  • It is strictly prohibited to use the mbi 888 for the purposes of money laundering, financial fraud, or any other illegal activity.
  • Members are not permitted to use third-party software, automated bots, scripts, or any technical tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
  • Multiple accounts, using a VPN to conceal your true location, or sharing your account with others is strictly prohibited.
  • Any attempt to exploit technical errors, system bugs, or incorrect odds is a breach of terms. Winnings derived from such exploitation will not be paid out.
  • Members are fully responsible for ensuring their betting activity remains within their control. mbi 888 promotes responsible gambling.

Account Suspension & Closure

mbi 888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
  • Providing false registration information or fraudulent documents.
  • Attempting to manipulate the system or exploit platform errors.
  • At the member's own request (voluntary closure).

If an account is closed due to fraud or a serious violation, mbi 888 reserves the right to seize the entire account balance, including winnings. For voluntary account closure, any valid balance will be returned once all required investigations are completed.

Liability Limit

  • mbi 888 is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, loss of internet connectivity, or system failures beyond our control.
  • The platform is provided "as is" with no guarantee that it will be free from errors or disruptions at all times.
  • In circumstances where mbi 888 is found liable, our liability shall be limited to the net deposit amount you have made within the 30 days prior to the claim.
